enrollment in the Odyssey Academy, using either the
remote access version of Switched-On Schoolhouse or
Switched-On Online.

On-Line Payment Plans:
Course Tuition Fees may be paid either in full, quarterly, or by semester. A $20 service fee is applied to each deferred payment.
Authorization is required for deferred payments to be
paid through automatic credit card charges according to
the cardholder's requested payment schedule. Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy:
Any request for withdrawal must be made in writing. Registration fees
are non-refundable after testing materials have been shipped. Tuition refunds are available up to 60 days after shipment of curriculum. The refund is available upon return of the software and paper curriculum LESS graded units and a
$75 cancellation fee. No refunds are allowed after 60 days. Credit will not be given for curriculum returned after 60 days. Materials accepted for return must be in new condition. Items damaged in shipping or showing signs of handling are not accepted for return or credit.
Note: The Academy reserves the right to cancel a student's enrollment at any time for non-payment of fees, unsatisfactory progress, inadequate record-keeping, failure to submit work on a regular basis, obvious student cheating, or plagiarism. Once a student is dismissed, reinstatement is considered only upon application to, and approval by, the administration of Odyssey Academy. If reinstatement is allowed, tuition fees must be brought current, and a fee of $25.00 will be assessed.
Shipping Information:
Academy materials are shipped "Best Way," meaning the Shipping Department will determine the most economical shipping mode. This will usually be regular UPS ground (Street Address required). Upon request, shipments may be made by UPS 2-Day Air at the expense of the customer. An additional $25 charge is added to tuition for expedited domestic shipments.
International shipping costs will vary.

What to Expect:
If your
student requires placement testing, upon
receipt of your registration payment, your student
will receive log-in information to the Odyssey Academy
On-Line Placement Testing.
Provide a quiet environment for
your child to concentrate. Upon completion, send
an e-mail to:
registrar@odysseyacademy.com to inform our
counselors that your student has finished the
placement test.
Upon receipt, your academic
counselor will review your student’s permanent records
and evaluate the placement test results. A course of
study will be prescribed to meet your child’s individual need.
If you have chosen to use our fully web-based program,
you will receive an e-mail which will provide login
information. If you've
chosen Remote Access or Synchronization, the SOS Distance Learning
Application CD and Curriculum CDs will be shipped
directly to your door. Installation instructions
for the Switched-On Schoolhouse 2.0R2
distance learning software will be sent both by e-mail
and with your shipment.

Families in Canada, Mexico, and overseas who desire Academy enrollment are encouraged to register with our online option, where shipping costs are less, and grading and communication is more immediate via the internet.
